When you call and schedule your first appointment, our front desk staff will gather all your demographic and insurance information. At this time, our insurance staff will begin researching your coverage! Our office currently accepts and bills Blue Cross Blue Shield, Providence, and Aetna plans. Once you have been scheduled for your new patient appointment, you can expect the following to happen in the first few days of your care.

  • Finances will be reviewed with you at your scheduled Report of Findings (your second visit).

If you have specific questions regarding your coverage in the meantime, your insurance card includes a customer service number on the back of the card. Most insurance companies will also provide their members with the convenient use of an app. On their respective app, you can track your benefits, explanation of benefits, and deductible/out-of-pocket accumulations This is an awesome tool to help keep you involved in your care!

Frequently Asked Questions

At this time, we only bill in-network insurance. However, we love to help our patients process claims on their own! Our office will provide you with a detailed Superbill showing the charges and what you have paid in office. Once you submit this Superbill to your insurance, they will process your coverage towards your out-of-network benefit. Once this has been processed, your insurance may write you a reimbursement check depending on your coverage.

We never want finances to prevent someone from experiencing amazing results at our office!

In order to help, our office has partnered with CareCredit to offer our patients financial assistance. If you’re interested in pursuing financing, your Case Manager will let you know at your Report of Findings if you have pre-approval for CareCredit’s credit card. If you are pre-approved, we will help you submit your credit application in-office over a secure platform and in a private room. CareCredit is quick and easy! You can even make your monthly payments on their portal!
